We introduced the Cobra line as the 4th generation design, featuring more
body accents at the horns and improved weight distribution.
We are excited about the overall weight just under 7.5 pounds. Initial concerns about
the stress on the neck joint were soon dissolved after playing on stage for 2 weeks.
Using Bartolini's Jazz pickups along with the Bartolini Active Pre-Amp #NTBTG With Kit 2
electronics module gave the Cobra a very rich tone with lots of user control.
We toppd off the look with Abalone inlay metal knobs which brings out the rich look
that is part of the design for the Cobra.
This model was finished with a transparent orange with 30% color added to the first two
coats of lacquer. Using Paduak for the top accent the light orange stain complemented
the wood without glaring or overpowering from the orange color.
We are excited about this new line of Bass Guitars because the light weight makes this
guitar accessible to both men and women and you won't get tired on long playing sessions
